Nous soutenons nos clients depuis plus de 14 ans en fournissant des services de santé vétérinaire de haute qualité et des services de gestion de la production à nos clients de parcs d'engraissement du troupeau. Salary Range:$100,000 - $170,000

Hiring Signature: $15,000


Job duties:

  • Collaborate with the MVSA support team to achieve the best possible animal health, production, quality, and care outcomes
  • Diagnose health problems, develop treatment plans in collaboration with clients, and assist with on-farm implementation
  • Assist with training on good husbandry practices
  • Provide a summary of site visits for inclusion in client files
  • Conduct export inspections as required
  • On-farm support for quality control programs through site assessments and assessments
  • Finding opportunities and working with stakeholders to develop plans that proactively improve the health of our clients' herds, including biosecurity and support for their vaccination program
  • Stay informed about industry developments, scientific advances, and best practices
  • Supporting and defending the highest standards of animal welfare

Activities in support of these tasks may include farm visits, on-farm training, animal necropsies, slaughter checks, lifting and securing animals, and paperwork as necessary

Requirements to Apply:

  •  Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, licensed or can be quickly authorized to work in Alberta
  • Current knowledge of technology and computer science
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
